How I lost 10 Pounds Without Dieting
Two years ago, I felt really fat and lethargic and knew I had to do something. But I didn’t want to do any “DIET” for any reason.
So instead of going on a diet, I started to look for ways to eat healthy. Not to lose weight but to feel better. Then I run across the FRENCH WOMAN DON’T GET FAT book which I devoured.
The book taught me how to make homemade yogurt which I absolutely love. So simple. You can use your oven to make yogurt (take a bit of time) or buy a yogurt maker. I’ve bought the Euro Cuisine Yogurt Maker and is happy with it.
Just warm the milk, put in the jars and close the lid. Yes, it’s that easy.
Over the course of a year, I have formed a habit that made me feel better.
